The intricacy of your logo or design affects the embroidery process. Simple designs with bold lines and fewer details are quicker to produce, while more complex patterns with fine details or multiple colors require extra care and time to achieve accuracy and the best results.

For bulk orders, production timelines depend on both the number of items and the complexity of the design. Larger orders with simple logos can be processed efficiently, whereas orders with intricate embroidery may take additional time to complete, ensuring every piece meets the same high standards.

Each embroidered piece is created with durable, high-grade threads and precise stitching to ensure long-lasting designs that maintain their colour and structure, even after multiple washes.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a process that uses heat and pressure to transfer designs onto polyester fabrics or polymer-coated surfaces. The design is first printed onto special sublimation paper with sublimation ink. When applied to the material with a heat press, the ink converts to a gas without becoming liquid (a process called sublimation) and bonds with the material's fibers or coating. This creates vibrant, durable prints that are resistant to cracking, peeling, or fading, making sublimation ideal for high-quality custom designs.

Once payment is received, please allow 2-3 weeks of production time as fabrics are imported to our shop.

Production Time

TERMS & CONDTIONS

Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with RSN. Customs, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

Turnaround Time: Production times vary depending on the nature and volume of the order. Orders take about 7-10 business days, after payment is made. To avoid delays, please make a payment once invoice is received.

Delivery: RSN. Customs will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery deadlines, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Completed orders are available for pick up in Scarborough. Customers can request to have orders shipped via Canada Post for an additional fee.

Rush: If you would like express service, or would like to make a last minute order, there will be an associated rush fee. Not all rush requests will be accepted, it will be based on the amount of processed orders.

Revisions: After the payment is made, size changing is not permitted. If there was an error made on the number of shirts or sizes inquired, you are subjected to additional fees/another added invoice. After proof is made and confirmed, additional revisions are also not permitted.

Pricing: Pricing for custom printing services is provided on a per-order basis and may. vary depending on the specifications of the order, including quantity, materials, design, and finishing options.

Logo/Printing: I will only accept ready to print files for my printing service. This means that files should already be cropped, transparent, and/or in good quality preferably in a PNG or SVG format. If you request any changes to the logo, or any recreation of it, you will need to pay an additional one time artwork fee, depending on the complexity of the design. Minimum 300 dpi. Higher dpi is for better colour vibrancy and definition.

Payment: Payments are processed via EMT to gayledt@rsncustoms.com. Orders will not be processed until the money is received.

Ownership: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any artwork and designs provided to RSN. Customs. RSN. Customs assumes no liability for any copyright or intellectual property infringement related to customer-provided artwork.

Returns: Returns are accepted for products with manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Custom-printed items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they meet the criteria outlined in our return policy.

RSN. Customs works on a “made-to-order” business, and stock availability fluctuates. Not all sizes are available when requested. If you would like to provide clothing to be printed, you MUST provide the material/brand label, and it must be in brand-new condition. I will not accept clothing from unknown brands as I do not have the capacity/time to find a replacement for it. (Printing on unknown brands may affect the printing outcome)
