How do we pay?
Full payment is sent to gayledt@rsncustoms.com via e-transfer. YOUR SPOT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
WHAT ARE THE FEES?
TEAM FEE: $1950 | FREE AGENT FEE: $220
INCLUDES UP TO 10 PRE-DESIGNED JERSEYS
10 REGULAR SEASON GAMES AND 2 WEEKS OF PLAYOFFS
STATS, GAME FOOTAGE, AND OFFICIATED REFS ON SITE
What is the substitution rule?
If your team has 5 players for game day, you are ALLOWED 2 subs.
IF YOUR TEAM HAS 6 PLAYERS FOR GAME DAY, YOU ARE ALLOWED 1 SUB.
SUBSTITUTIONS CAN BE PLAYERS FROM THE LEAGUE, AND A MAXIMUM OF ONE OUTSIDE THE LEAGUE.
REGISTRATION AND FEES
HOW LONG IS REGISTRATION UNTIL?
REGISTRATION GOES LIVE DECEMBER 1ST, 2025 AT 12AM EST. REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL JANUARY 19.
REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR 8 TEAM SLOTS, SO SIGN UP ASAP OR YOU WILL MISS OUT!

WHAT'S THE PROCESS AS A FREE AGENT?
NO TEAM? NO PROBLEM. SIGN UP VIA FREE AGENT FORM AND SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT.
YOU WILL THEN BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST AND OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS WILL ASSIGN YOU TO A TEAM ACCORDINGLY.
REFUND POLICY
The RSN Women’s League operates under a no-refund policy. However, if we are unable to successfully place you on a team as a registered free agent, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
HOW DO TEAMS PICK JERSEYS DESIGNS?
Jersey choices are BASED on the RESPONSE OF YOUR team captains, so please coordinate with your captain before registering. While we will make every effort to provide your preferred design, selections are fulfilled on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Teams that complete payment early and in full will receive priority over later submissions.
PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY POLICY
Substitute players are not eligible to participate in playoffs.
Only players listed on the official team roster may compete, and each rostered player must have played a minimum of two regular-season games to qualify.
If a rostered team member is unable to play due to emergency or injury, any roster additions must be approved collectively by all active team captains before being permitted.
